Job Title: Cath Lab Technician Profession: Cath Lab Technician Specialty: Cath Lab Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: CCL, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Client experience required Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Previous Cath Lab experience Description: Scrubs and monitors cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. Handles access site and symptom management, including sheath removal. Takes emergency, after-hours call shifts. Realistically, a minimum of 15 call shifts is required. Schedules in and outpatients for all procedures. Assists in admitting, recovering, and discharging in and outpatients. Must be able to work independently as techs in the lab are the first assist to the physicians.
