Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Interventional Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: 2 years clinical interventional imaging experience required License: State licensed Radiographer required Certifications: ARRT (R) required, BLS - AHA only required Must-Have: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Preferred previous charge experience Preferred experience in Trauma Level II Preferred experience with Epic charting system Description: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Starting hours between 07:00 and 08:30. No weekends or call required. Traveler will cover multiple locations as needed. The role requires collaboration with vascular interventional physicians and nurses. Utilize multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MR. Image inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and intra-operative patients while employing critical thinking skills. Patient acuity will be outpatient; Level I experience is strongly preferred. Experience with GE and Siemens equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Travelers are required to float as needed. Minimum experience required is two years of acute care experience within the last three years in the specialty. A telemetry exam will be required prior to starting, with specific passing criteria. Failure to meet these passing criteria after three attempts will result in cancellation of the assignment.
