Strong understanding of how Oracle Recruiting integrates with Position Management, including position-driven requisition creation and headcount control. Experience in multi-union environments with obligations governing internal posting, seniority-based selection, and offer approval chains. Familiarity with legacy recruiting and position data for migration and cross-reference during Oracle cutover. Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using Visual Builder Studio is a strong differentiator. Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. Additionally, you will analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. You will perform user acceptance testing, document issues, and track resolution. Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues. Experience with system integrations and data migration is essential. Strong analytical skills are required to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
