Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with various business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules. Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolutions. Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues. Lead design workshops with HR operations and leadership to define HR service delivery models. Architect and configure HR Helpdesk including service request categories and case routing rules. Design routing and escalation logic reflecting the inquiry landscape. Govern the knowledge base content strategy, including employee-facing knowledge articles and FAQ design. Ensure Helpdesk case categories reflect the Oracle HCM data model. Lead test phases for HR Helpdesk functionality, coordinating with relevant teams. Develop Helpdesk performance dashboards and reporting covering case volume and SLA compliance. Govern functional and technical design documentation for HR Helpdesk. Partner with workstream leads to ensure Helpdesk case categories and knowledge content are accurate. Mentor helpdesk analysts and serve as the functional escalation point for design and configuration questions.
