Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Must have Hybrid OR vascular experience Clinical candidate review required References: Two supervisory references required Description: The role requires significant experience in a Hybrid OR environment. Candidates must be available for weekend on-call responsibilities. Call requirements are 15 days per month. Travel within the facility and to other specified locations may be required. Travelers must comply fully with the specified policies to ensure timely employment. Holidays may be included in the assignment, and availability is essential. Travelers may not request time off during major holidays. If assigned three major holidays, travelers must be available to work two. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods. Candidates must be available to submit all necessary documentation promptly. Modules and clinical screens will be completed as part of onboarding. Candidates should have knowledge of various interventional radiology techniques and equipment. Experience with 3D imaging, fluoroscopy, and monitoring procedures is important. Support from interdisciplinary teams will be part of the work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies. Experience in patient care within the adult and geriatrics age groups is necessary. Candidates will work in an environment that encourages collaborative practice.
