Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Tech
Provide surgical support in the operating room including total joints and neuro procedures
Assist in variety of Xi Robotic cases such as GYN, colorectal, and general surgeries
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and quality care throughout procedures
Participate in on-call shifts as required, averaging 5-6 shifts per month
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Tech
NBSTSA certification
BLS certification
Experience with Davinci Xi, robotic surgeries, and spinal fusions
Proficiency in orthopedic procedures, including Total Joint Arthroplasty
