Key Responsibilities of the Sterile Processing Technician
Fill implant trays with precision and efficiency
Barcode and organize loaner trays
Manage documentation and paperwork
Lift, shelve, and dispatch surgical trays
Utilize Synergy Trak for tracking purposes
Requirements of the Sterile Processing Technician
Experience with surgical trays and instrumentation
Computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets
Preferred certification: CRCST, CST, or TS-C
Willingness to work one weekend per month
