Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technician for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role specializes in providing critical support to anesthesia care teams and involves work in a dynamic surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Anesthesia Technician
  • Assist in the care of patients undergoing anesthesia including preparation and setup of equipment and supplies.
  • Operate the cell-saver machine and provide support in specialized surgical cases.
  • Maintain anesthesia equipment and perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of in-service training programs.
  • Handle anesthesia equipment setup and testing including infusion pumps and defibrillators.
  • Provide backup support to the shift supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Anesthesia Technician
  • BLS certification
  • Two years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician
