Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire role in Vineland, NJ. This travel assignment allows you to work in a dynamic pharmacy environment, playing a crucial role in prescription preparation and delivery under the guidance of a Registered Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician

Fill prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
Enter data into the computer system for prescription filling and reimbursement payment
Prepackage medication for dispensing as per standards and regulations
Assist in the final checking and packaging of prescriptions for pharmacist review
Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of medications to customers
Maintain good inventory practices, receive and rotate incoming medications
Assist in physical inventory and post lot numbers/expiration dates
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring equipment calibration and safety

Requirements of the Pharmacy Technician

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Relevant certifications and licensure as required
Ability to work under direct supervision
