Contract | Days | Shift start times vary between 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM | On-call required one night per week (end of shift until 7:00 AM) | On-call every 4th weekend (end of shift Friday through Monday 7:00 AM) | Holiday rotation includes working a shift or being on call with variable hours

• Scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field before, during, and after surgical proceduresAnticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments and supplies as directed
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts in accordance with facility protocols
• Adhere to on-call obligations including weeknight, weekend, and holiday rotations as scheduled

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification or equivalent
• Ability to work variable shift start times and participate in on-call rotation
• Availability for holiday on-call and shift assignments per rotation schedule

• Experience scrubbing a broad range of surgical specialties
• Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced surgical environment
