Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons with precision during life-changing operations
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments to ensure patient safety
- Anticipate needs and support seamless surgical procedures
- Collaborate with OR teams to deliver exceptional care
- Manage instruments and supplies with expert efficiency
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) certification
- At least 2 years of hands-on OR experience
- Current BLS certification
- Valid state license where required
- Ready to jump into travel adventures
Education
- Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols and safety standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure settings
- Quick thinking and adaptability during procedures
