Location: Reston, VA

Pay: $2,232.00 weekly

Shifts: RN 7-4pm M-Th, RN 7-3pm M-F, CST M-Th 7-4pm, CST M-F 7-3pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technician specializing in Operating Room procedures for a travel assignment in Reston, VA. This rewarding role will have you working in a state-of-the-art environment, ensuring high-quality care during complex surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR- Operating Room
  • Scrub or circulate procedures, including room setup and turnover
  • Obtain necessary disposables and instrument sets as needed
  • Ensure sterile technique is adhered to at all times
  • Set up and operate Belmont and cell saver equipment
  • Prepare central and arterial line sets
  • Assist with open heart procedures, CABGs, MVR, TVR, AVR, VATS, and vascular procedures

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR- Operating Room
  • Current BLS certification
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Proven experience in a surgical tech role with emphasis on sterile techniques and equipment setup
