Pay: $2,232 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician with CVOR experience for a travel assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. This role requires expertise in neurosurgery and strong ortho trauma experience. Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician
  • Assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients
  • Prepare patient skin for surgery in accordance with hospital standards
  • Maintain aseptic techniques and monitor for breaches
  • Transport patients to and from the Operating Room suite
  • Prepare the Operating Room with tables, instruments, and supplies
  • Establish and maintain the sterile field, passing instruments as directed by physicians
  • Use physician preference card when setting up the OR
  • Work effectively as a member of the surgical team

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Completion of the Surgical Technology or accredited LVN/LPN program is required
  • BLS certification (AHA only)
  • Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN License required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in neurosurgery and ortho trauma
