Travel Surgical Tech - $1,980 to $2,180 per week in Aurora, CO

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you will function as a member of a cardiovascular surgical team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent Certified Surgical Technologist credential.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cardiovascular (CV) surgery as a CST/CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment. (Client requirement.)
• Experience with Cardiovascular OR equipment such as Stryker and GE systems.
• Experience using Meditech or similar EMR systems preferred.
• Flexible, confident, team-player attitude required. Candidates without these skills will not be considered. (Client requirement.)
• Willingness to float to support other system hospitals as needed. (Client requirement.)

• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 07:00–17:00.
• Weekday shifts; weekends: no scheduled weekends.
• Call requirements: Call may be required and will be discussed during interview.
• Team structure: Day teams typically include 2 RNs and 1 CST; night teams typically include 1 RN and 1 CST. Patient ratios typically 1:1.
• Typical procedures: CABG, AAA, valve replacement, TAVR.
