AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Surg Tech in Springfield, Oregon, 97477!

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. This role requires demonstrated expertise in orthopedic total joint procedures, spine cases, and Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery. The position is based in Springfield, OR at a hospital facility.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Current national Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from an accredited program (CAAHEP or NBSTSA-recognized).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting.
  • Proven expertise in total joint and orthospine procedures.
  • Prior experience with Da Vinci robotic surgical systems.
  • At least 2 years of travel experience and prior travel assignments for travel submissions. Local-only candidates will not be accepted.
  • Willingness to participate in required on-call coverage (minimum of four call shifts per month).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional perioperative certifications or specialty training in orthopedics or spine surgery.
  • Experience working in high-acuity hospital OR environments.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0630-1700.
  • 10-hour shift format, four shifts per week.
  • Call required with a minimum of four call shifts per month.
  • Must have prior travel experience; floating to other facilities may be required.
