Travel Surgical Tech - $1,740 to $1,940 per week in Gainesville, FL

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Gainesville, FL, working in a hospital-based cardiovascular operating room. You will function as a member of the cardiac surgical team, assisting surgeons and perioperative staff during procedures, preparing the OR, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring equipment readiness and patient safety.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent credential as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required. (Client requirement)
• Experience with cardiac procedures including CABG, TAVR, and VATS.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• RN circulating experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a three-room OR environment with 1:1 patient ratios.

• Shift hours: 06:30 – 15:30.
• Scheduling requirements: Four 10-hour shifts with call.
