Job Summary:
The specialty of Step Down Unit is hiring for a position located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role involves providing patient care within a step down unit environment, executing responsibilities during night shift hours. The selected candidate will be integral to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, from 7 PM to 7 AM, every other weekend
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, at least 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting, and a permanent home address and social security number (SSN) included in the submission. The candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Additional Information: The position requires total patient care with a patient ratio ranging from 1:4 to 1:6. The unit has 31 beds and scrubs to be worn are royal blue. Candidates must submit applications with comprehensive information, or their submissions will be rejected.
