Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with MDS documentation and SNF reimbursement models
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment including modified barium swallow studies
