Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 14-week travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in North Adams, MA. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Assignment Details:
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Contract Duration: 14 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active MA SLP License (or compact eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
