Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility required
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Must comply with facility badging and identification policies at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
- Experience working across a variety of patient populations and clinical settings
