Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Montana
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare skilled nursing guidelines
