Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to facility policies including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of New Hampshire
- Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a clinical or facility-based setting
- Experience with a diverse patient population across a range of speech and language disorders
