Travel Speech Language Pathologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 7–10 Hour Shifts with Weekend Rotation | Start Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across assigned clinical areas
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Participate in weekend rotation coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based setting
- Ability to fulfill travel contract requirements including a 13-week commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Level II trauma center, stroke center, or NICU environment
- Familiarity with pediatric speech-language pathology services
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience
