Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,224 to $2,424 per week in Kettering, OH

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active Ohio State SLP license required to start the assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• At least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years is required
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation required
• Productivity experience or ability to meet 32 productivity points per week for a 40 hour week preferred

• Territory: Aqua/Teal/Capri

• On-call/Weekends/Holidays: No on call, weekend, or holiday requirements
