Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Active Ohio SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • At least 12 months of home health SLP experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
  • Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical record and OASIS documentation required (client requirement).
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work across an assigned territory including Blue/Royal/Sienna areas (client requirement).


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
  • Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day.
  • Length of Contract: 13 weeks.
  • On-call/Weekend: No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
  • Productivity Expectation: 32 productivity points per week for a 40-hour week (client detail).
