Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mental health treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Conduct routine mental health assessments and interviews
- Update diagnoses and treatment needs
- Coordinate referrals for more complex psychological assessments
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding patient history, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation
- Assist with crisis intervention and care coordination
- Provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff
- Ensure continuity of care through appropriate referrals and documentation
