Speech Language Pathologist (Inpatient) position in Potosi, Missouri. Job Details:

  • Additional Information: The role includes attending morning meetings, facility meetings, and managing the schedule. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA), overseeing PDPM compliance, developing rehab programs for high-acuity patients, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, monitoring clinical and financial performance metrics, and ensuring all federal, state, and facility regulations are followed.
