**Join Our Dynamic Postpartum Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Overview:** - Experience the energy of a busy Postpartum unit with 29 beds and a dedicated team of 61 staff members. - Work in a close-knit environment where collaboration and support are key. - **Shift Details:** - Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM - Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. - **Patient Care:** - Manage patient ratios of 3-4 couplets per RN, providing personalized care to new families. - Engage with high-risk postpartum patients while low-risk cases are cared for at a nearby facility. - **Requirements:** - **Must-Have:** - Minimum of 1-year current acute care Postpartum hospital experience. - Valid BLS and NRP certifications. - **Preferred Skills:** - High-risk postpartum experience. - Level 2 Nursery experience. - **Typical Procedures:** - POC Glucose monitoring. - Breastfeeding support. - Post-partum hemorrhage management. - Assisting with circumcision procedures. - Hypertension assessment and management. - **Ideal Candidate:** - Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. - Loves to stay busy and provides compassionate patient care. - **Unit Culture:** - A supportive family of nurses and PCTs working together seamlessly. - The hospital delivers 400-500 babies each month, offering a fulfilling environment for care. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
