**Join Our Dynamic Team as a RAPID RESPONSE RN: Labor & Delivery (7P - 7A)** **Job Description:** - Join a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care in Labor and Delivery! - Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Number of Openings: 1 - Float Requirements: Postpartum **Unit Features:** - Number of Beds: 9 - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - State-of-the-Art Equipment - EHR: Centricity, Meditech **Supervisor: Kendra Smith** **Patient Population:** - Focus: Adult patients **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct Fetal Monitoring and Assessment - Provide Emergency Response - Deliver Postpartum Care - Effectively Manage Time in a Dynamic Environment **Must-Have Skills/Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience - Required Certifications: ACLS or ALS-OB, NRP, EFM, BLS **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Familiarity with Normal Spontaneous Labor, Preterm Labor, Gestational Hypertension, Preeclampsia, Placenta Previa, Placental Abruption, Fetal Distress, Umbilical Cord Prolapse, and Postpartum Hemorrhage **Personality Fit:** - Adaptability and Team Player - Attention to Detail - Stamina and Strong Communication Skills - Empathy and Compassionate Care **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Ceil Blue - Unacceptable Attire: Non-Compliant scrub colors, scrubs with slogans or graphics, or offensive content; inappropriate footwear **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
