Summary:
- Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical Surgical Renal Unit 5-6:1 nurse ratio 10-15:1 PCT ratio Navy or Maroon Scrubs Epic
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Required minimum of 2 years of Experience.
