Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry (Respiratory) Night Shift position in Tuscaloosa, AL, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Night shift position with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Work on the 7 North Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a focus on respiratory patients
• 13-week travel contract

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending or temporary licenses accepted
• No hits (past or current) on nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Required documents for consideration: current driver's license, two professional references from within the last year, and license verification via Nursys

Additional Information

• Meditech EMR is used at this facility; prior experience is not required
• No HealthStream modules required prior to start — competency-based modules will be completed during virtual orientation
