Skill Set Most recruited for: Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred.

1 year of current Hospital Acute Care Med/Surg experience
BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Surgical and medical experience

Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, and Medical management

Outgoing with can do attitude and outstanding customer service skills
Independent and confident in own skills and judgment. Often will work with one other RN or alone, resources available on the floor but not on the unit.
