Position: Registered Nurse

Available Shifts: Days & Nights - Per Diem
Compensation: Up to $900.00 – $1,020 per shift (base gross); equivalent to $75.00 – $85.00 per hour.
Assignment Duration: 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Conducts triage, assessments, and monitors patient conditions
- Creates and executes care plans utilizing the nursing process
- Administers medications and emergency interventions
- Communicates patient conditions to physicians and the care team
- Educates patients and their families regarding care and discharge procedures
- Oversees support staff and coordinates patient care
- Ensures accurate electronic medical record documentation and compliance
- Engages in trauma response and critical care stabilization
- Advocates for patient safety and implements best practices
- Delivers direct patient care in the Emergency Department
Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Possession of a current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- ACLS certification is mandatory upon hire and must be kept current.
- PALS and/or ENPC certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification required upon hire.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; experience in an Emergency Room is essential.
