We are seeking an experienced Critical Care RN to join its Medical ICU team for an exclusive Epic backfill assignment.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Critical Care / ICU nursing experience
Current Epic experience required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Current certifications as required by facility and state regulations
Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
Monitor, assess, and respond to changing patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Utilize Epic EMR efficiently and accurately
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Maintain accurate documentation and support positive patient outcomes
