**Join Our Team as a RN Psych at Triangle Springs!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** RN Psych (DAYS) - **Shift:** 7A-7P - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Hours:** Rotating - **On Call Requirements:** No - **Openings:** 1 **Unit Overview:** - **Number of Beds:** 77 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:11 - **Patient Population:** Adult **Role Highlights:** - Provide exceptional care in a dynamic psychiatric unit. - Engage with patients facing chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric conditions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. - Float to up to 4 different units, enhancing your experience and skillset. **Qualifications:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Current unencumbered RN license in North Carolina. - BLS (AHA) certification. - Handle With Care (HWC) certification (to be completed on site). - Minimum age of 21 years. - **Preferred Skills/Experience:** - Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility. - Direct experience with psychiatric and geriatric patients. - Proficiency in patient assessments and family motivation. - **Education:** - Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing. **First Day Instructions:** - **Scrub Color:** Navy - **Check In With:** Quin Hollifield, HR or Ashley McQueen, Director of Nursing - **Parking:** Outpatient --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
