Travel Respiratory Therapist – Registered (Nights)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients following approved medical staff protocols and department policies
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures including intubations and insertion of arterial lines
- Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas and maintain patient airways
- Manage mechanical ventilators and monitor patient respiratory status
- Perform pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis
Required Qualifications- Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (American Heart Association only)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience working in a long-term acute care or hospital setting
