Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services on a variable shift schedule across internal departments as needed
- Deliver specialized care within a Level 3 NICU environment, including management of critically ill neonates
- Operate and manage advanced ventilation equipment including nitric oxide, jet ventilation, and oscillator ventilation
- Adjust care delivery in accordance with campus acuity-based staffing ratios
- Float internally between departments as required to meet patient care needs
Required Qualifications- Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Level 3 NICU experience required
- Demonstrated competency with nitric oxide, jet ventilation, and oscillator ventilation
- Ability to work variable shifts including every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement
- Must be flexible and willing to float between internal departments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Experience working in high-acuity neonatal or critical care environments
