Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite | Weekends Required (Every Other per CBA)
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services autonomously within a Level 3 NICU environment
- Support respiratory care needs within a Level 2 regional trauma center
- Float between departments as needed based on hospital acuity and staffing requirements
- Adapt to rotating day and night shifts as assigned, with scheduling typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance
- Maintain patient ratios consistent with hospital acuity standards
Required Qualifications- Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a Level 3 NICU
- Experience working within a Level 2 regional trauma center setting
- Must be flexible with shift assignments and willing to float within the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a high-acuity NICU environment with the ability to function autonomously
- Familiarity with rotating shift structures across both day and night schedules
- Experience working in a facility that utilizes variable staffing models across multiple units
