Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Richland, WA

Contract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite | Weekends Required (Every Other per CBA)

• Provide respiratory therapy services autonomously within a Level 3 NICU environment
• Support respiratory care needs within a Level 2 regional trauma center
• Float between departments as needed based on hospital acuity and staffing requirements
• Adapt to rotating day and night shifts as assigned, with scheduling typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance
• Maintain patient ratios consistent with hospital acuity standards

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a Level 3 NICU
• Experience working within a Level 2 regional trauma center setting
• Must be flexible with shift assignments and willing to float within the facility

• Prior experience in a high-acuity NICU environment with the ability to function autonomously
• Familiarity with rotating shift structures across both day and night schedules
• Experience working in a facility that utilizes variable staffing models across multiple units
