Travel Respiratory Therapy Technician in Richland, WA

Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Richland, WA

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends required (every other per CBA)

• Provide respiratory therapy services during night shift hours across assigned units
• Float internally between departments as needed; flexibility between units is required
• Deliver care in a Level 3 NICU environment in accordance with established patient ratios per RT matrix
• Support adult ICU patients in a Level 2 Adult ICU setting as assigned
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, scheduling protocols, and unit-specific procedures

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• NICU Level III or Level IV experience – hard stop requirement
• Level 2 Adult ICU experience required
• Willingness and ability to float within the facility
• Availability to work every other weekend per CBA

• Prior travel or contract assignment experience in a comparable acute care setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity NICU and ICU respiratory protocols

• High probability of multi-contract extension, offering long-term stability in a dynamic clinical environment
• Opportunity to work in a high-acuity facility with both NICU and adult ICU exposure
