Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units, including Level 3 NICU and Level 2 Adult ICU, with flexibility to float between departments as needed
• Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital acuity-based staffing ratios
• Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions appropriate to assigned unit and patient population
• Adapt to rotating day and night shift assignments as determined by unit scheduling needs
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling per collective bargaining agreement
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as required by the assignment

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU Level III or IV experience — hard stop requirement
• Level 2 Adult ICU experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel compliance guidelines

• Experience working in a high-acuity hospital environment with variable unit assignments
• Demonstrated flexibility with rotating shifts and cross-departmental float responsibilities
