Key Responsibilities- Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients during night shift hours
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer therapeutic gases, aerosols, and respiratory medications as ordered
- Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications- Valid Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of Virginia
- Current credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Ability to work night shifts across all days of the week
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
