Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Nights

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Alternating Weekends
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to both inpatients and outpatients following approved protocols and department policies
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, including intubations and insertion of arterial lines
- Manage and maintain ventilators and patient airways
- Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
- Perform pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis
- Float between campuses as needed to support staffing requirements
Required Qualifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) will be considered
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience required
- Experience with Cerner EMR system required
- Registration or certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care
Preferred Experience / Skills- RRT credential strongly preferred over CRT
- Prior travel therapy experience in a hospital or multi-campus setting
