Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory treatment, care, and evaluation for NICU/PICU patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies and medication delivery systems
- Operate and manage specialized equipment including High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servos, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, and Heliox
- Document patient care and clinical information using the Meditech documentation system
- Float as needed to provide coverage for adult floors including nebulizer therapy, BiPAP, and CPT
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
- Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Current NICU/PICU clinical experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience with Meditech documentation system strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills with a team-oriented, adaptable, and patient-focused approach
