Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Perform 25–28 respiratory treatments per shift across multiple care areas including NICU (Level IIB), MICU, PACU, ER, and all inpatient floors
• Perform arterial blood gas draws (radial and brachial) and manage patients on respiratory equipment including Drager V500, Hamilton, ReVel, V60s, Vapotherm, and EPOC
• Float comfortably between specialties including ICU, MICU, Med-Surg Telemetry, and the Emergency Department
• Assist with intubations; initiate CPAP and attend deliveries in the NICU setting
• Perform overnight oximetry and provide PACU treatments as assigned
• May be asked to float to sister facilities within the surrounding region mid-shift with a minimum of 60 minutes advance notice

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT not accepted
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• NRP certification required for NICU assignments
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Must be proficient with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations
• Comfortable floating between all specialty areas including ICU, MICU, ER, and Med-Surg Telemetry

• Experience in a Level II NICU setting with comfort attending deliveries and initiating CPAP
• Prior travel therapy experience welcomed; first-time travelers will be considered
• Familiarity with eICU monitoring environments

• Work in a well-supported environment with intensivists, hospitalists, and anesthesia available in-house 24/7, plus eICU coverage at night
• Self-scheduling environment with charge supervisor support on every shift
