Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends

• Provide respiratory therapy services independently to critical care level patients across multiple floors including ICU, PCU, ED, and general floors
• Perform nebulizer treatments, ventilator checks, BiPAP checks, ABG draws, intubation assist, extubation, and bronchoscopy assist
• Conduct PEP therapy, lactic acid testing, EKG, and comprehensive patient assessments
• Triage and assess levels of respiratory care across a variety of patient acuity levels
• Operate unit equipment including Servo I, Servo U, V60, Hamilton C-1, Airvo, Volara, and Vest devices
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Current ACLS (ALS), PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Ability to work independently with critical care level patients
• Ability to triage and manage patients across multiple levels of care and floor types

• Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and adaptable personality with a willingness to assist across departments as needed
