Job Title

Travel: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU – Days

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required | No Call Required | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized respiratory therapy services within a NICU setting
  • Assess, treat, and monitor neonatal patients requiring respiratory support
  • Operate and manage respiratory equipment in accordance with facility protocols
  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records system
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Adhere to all facility dress code and compliance standards, including black scrubs
Required Qualifications
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; must be a graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care with an Associate degree
  • Active Arkansas Respiratory Therapy license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • STABLE Program certification
