Key Responsibilities- Perform breathing treatments and respiratory assessments across an acute care inpatient setting
- Conduct ventilator assessments and manage patients on Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators
- Operate within a night shift team structure consisting of one charge therapist and 8–10 clinical RTs
- Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 10:1 while delivering high-quality respiratory care
- Document patient care and clinical data accurately using Meditech EMR
Required Qualifications- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum of 1–2 years of current acute care RRT experience in a hospital setting
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- NICU and/or Pediatric respiratory therapy experience
- Level 1 Trauma center experience
