Respiratory Therapist – Neuro Diagnostics / CVPICU Cardiac Unit

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services within a Cardiovascular/Pediatric ICU and Cardiac unit setting
- Perform and support neuro diagnostic and respiratory diagnostic procedures as assigned
- Float to different units as required based on patient census and staffing needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Ohio State Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of two supervisory or managerial references required at time of submittal (charge nurse references count as only one of the two)
- Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past two years
- Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
- Willingness and ability to float to various units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills- Close to two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Prior experience in a cardiovascular, cardiac, or pediatric ICU environment
