Key Responsibilities- Administer aerosol treatments, CPAP, NPPV, and mechanical ventilator management
- Perform EKG and Holter Monitor procedures
- Participate in Code Blue and Rapid Response Team activations
- Provide respiratory care across all age groups, including NICU and emergency/trauma settings
- Operate independently with the ability to manage care under limited staff availability
Required Qualifications- Current RRT or CRT credentials through the NBRC
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Active ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications required
- Experience and comfort providing care for all age groups, including NICU, ER, and trauma patients
- CPI, MOAB, or willingness to complete MOAB training upon hire
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Level 3 Trauma Facility setting
- Familiarity with trauma care protocols and high-acuity patient populations
