Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 or 48 hours per week available | Every other weekend, every other holiday
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services within a pediatric hospital setting, including children's critical care environments
- Deliver care to neonatal and pediatric intensive care patients in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and monitoring for neonatal and pediatric populations
- Float within scope of practice to other units within the facility as needed
- Complete required orientation modules and maintain accurate documentation using Epic
Required Qualifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Minimum Level 4 NICU experience required
- Active Virginia RRT license required (pending license accepted at time of submission, but must be in-hand prior to start date)
- Epic EMR experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) certification preferred
- Cardiac PICU experience preferred
